Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.

5. EU Consumer Rights

EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
